Sci-Fi Tool Kits#
Tool kits are pre-assembled collections of tools and supplies built for a specific type of task. Tool kit contents can vary based on setting, be sure to reference the appropriate kit description.
Each kit can be equipped to one or more body slots as noted in its description. A tool kit must be equipped to be used efficiently.
Kit Supplies — Most actions using a kit will also require supplies. Each kit comes with a max supply of 1d12. Certain actions only require the tools associated with a kit, and don’t require the use of supplies. These actions can still be performed if a kit’s supply is depleted. Kit refills cost 50Cr and generally weigh 1/4 as much as the full kit.

Breaking and Entering Kit

Used for opening, bypassing, or disabling physical locks, keys, and traps. Contains lockpicks and shims, screwdrivers, a prybar, bolt cutters, tape, key molds, a small butane torch, generic/common test keys, and a handful of other useful items.

Used for altering one’s appearance and applying camouflage to objects and people. Contains various cosmetics, brushes, scissors, a clipboard, ID lanyard, camouflage paints, false facial hair, an inconspicuous black hoodie, and tape.

Used for healing wounds and conditions. Contains sterile injectors, antibiotics and sterilizing wipes, sutures, bandages, tongs/tweezers, medical sheers, stabilizing wraps with braces, and a handful of other useful items.

Used for working on machinery, vehicles, and structures. Contains a mix of nuts, bolts, and screws, a battery drill and driver, pliers, a utility knife, rivet gun with rivets, a hammer, a mini torch, and a handful of other useful items.
